Engineering Requirement

The project began with a clear challenge: the client needed to transform complex engineering designs into coordinated fabrication CAD drawings supporting multiple interconnected process units within a compressed project schedule.

The scope brought together five critical process units forming the furnace and off-gas handling train: the Processing Furnace, Vaporizing Furnace, Hygiene Baghouse Filter & Piping, Exhaust Stack & Blower Inlet Duct, and Grit Catcher. Each process unit required detailed documentation through CAD fabrication drawings, while maintaining consistency across mechanical, structural, and piping disciplines.

This meant the task was more than simply producing drawings. Rishabh Pro Engineering’s 2D CAD drafting services team had to translate approved 3D models and design intent into fabrication and erection drawings for the five process units that fabricators could confidently use for manufacturing and site erection, while meeting client drafting practices, applicable standards, and fabrication requirements.
