3D Modeling of Effluent Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant

A leading India-based EPC company specializing in water technology sought a multidisciplinary engineering partner to develop a comprehensive 3D model for an effluent treatment plant (ETP).

Rishabh Pro Engineering provided end-to-end engineering support, encompassing PDS administration (including specification writing and customization of special items), equipment modeling, structural platforms, cable trays, instrumentation, and as-built drafting. The team developed detailed 3D models, isometric drawings, and consolidated material take-offs (MTOs) to ensure accurate and efficient plant design. The project was completed within a 10-month timeframe, adhering to ASME B31.3 standards.
