Engineering Requirement

To carry out structural detailed engineering for the self-supported HP Flare Package. Rishabh Engineering was responsible for the following:

  • Preparation & collation of all engineering data regarding design & fabrication of HP Flare Stack
  • Structural analysis of HP Flare Stack using STAAD.Pro v8i
  • Analysis of HP Flare Stack using PV Elite Software for mechanical design
  • Foundation load data calculation and anchor bolt design
  • Structural analysis during a lifting operation of Flare Stack before installation at the site
  • Structural design drawings for Flare Stack, associated pipe supports and cable tray supports
  • Structural design drawings for access platform, ladders, grating, handrail and safety gates
  • Fabrication drawings for all structural items, in line with client’s fabrication standard practices
  • 3D Model in PDMS for all structural, mechanical, piping and electrical components for client review
