One of India’s largest renewable energy developers planned to establish a 200 Nm³/hr Green Hydrogen Plant powered by a hybrid solar and wind energy system. The client engaged Rishabh Pro Engineering to deliver multidisciplinary engineering for the Balance of Plant (BOP), with the objective of developing an efficient, safe, and scalable hydrogen production facility.

Leveraging advanced process engineering methodologies and simulation-driven design using Aspen HYSYS, our team developed process calculations, validated operating conditions, optimized utility requirements, and supported detailed engineering across mechanical, piping, civil & structural, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
