3D-Modeling-of-Structural-Platforms-Conveyor-Supporting-Structures-Buildings.jpg

Description

Client

A Europe-based specialist in the design of industrial machinery and manufacturing plants.

Engineering Requirement

For an upcoming facility in Italy, the client wanted to enhance their equipment operating structure by upgrading their structural platforms, conveyor supporting structures & buildings. For this, they were in pursuit of an engineering design services partner to develop 3D models for the proposed structure.

Appointed as their 3d modeling services partner, our job was to create 3D models of the proposed structure by utilizing TEKLA. Based on the provided input drawing, we created structural fabrication drawings & Material Take Off (MTO) as per Italian standards

Backed by advanced modeling tools and sophisticated software, the overall scope for this project included the following;

  • 3D Modeling
  • Fabrication drawing
  • Detailed Connection modeling
  • Roof sheet and side cladding fixing arrangement
  • MTO
